Order processing time:
We process orders within 1-3 business days from the moment payment is posted. In the case of greater demand, this time may be slightly longer - in such a case we will inform you by e-mail.
For pre-orders, please allow 21 days for shipping.

Delivery time:
Delivery within Poland usually takes 1-3 business days.
International shipping may take up to 7 business days, depending on location.
Shipping cost:
Shipping costs are visible when placing your order and depend on the chosen method and delivery location.
Returns
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.

Please remember that the returned product cannot show any signs of use and should be packed in its original packaging (if possible).
Refund:
Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Return cost:
The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, unless the product was defective or did not comply with the order.

If the product you received is damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Complaints can be submitted using the form below or to info@proof-of-wear.com, providing your order number, the products you wish to complain about and a description of the problem.
